General Counsel
The iNIS's General Counsel(GC) service provides the advise to the customer's legal affairs. GC is capable
for the sound and efficient management of the legal affairs on the private, and public organization.
In addition GC provides legal advice and guidance to the Institute, the Director of the iNIS and the customers. GC is responsible for advising the Director on all legal matters relating to his statutory responsibilities and his role as head of the iNIS. GC also provides advice and guidance to those officers and employees who have specific responsibility for the conducting Global Intelligence activities within the institute. However GC's main role it to conduct legal service to the customers on the matter of intelligence. We are working with the law firm and the consulting firm to fulfile the customer's complex lgeal needs.
